This brave little guy was out in the seven below wind-chill this morning.

I feel like I should woof at your squirrel photograph because that’s what Blue would have done had he spied him first. I tried to code name them SQ’s, but the boys always say, “Is there a SQUIRREL, Mom?! A SQUIRREL, BLUE! There’s a SQUIRREL.” Cue woof fest. Beautiful texture and color in your zoomed in photograph. Looks like this SQ has a warm fur coat, a round belly and is nestled close to the tree trunk to block the wind.
He was such a surprise to see and he was looking right at me! I think he hoped I had some goodies with his name on them. I keep forgetting to take a treat. They are so cute and too smart. I’ll give a woof on behalf of you and Blue next time I see a SQ;)
